Grain of Salt has been on our weekly rotation for over a year. My husband and I usually go every Friday night for our 'Indian Fix', and it's the highlight of my week. With no less than 50 visits under our belts, we have not once left disappointed. It's not often you can say that for a restaurant these days.
We love Indian food, and this is the real deal. The food is SUPERB. By far the best you'll find this side of Toronto (or beyond) Each dish is meticulously prepared with its own distinctive flavours and textures, and no matter how often you go, the quality and taste is consistent.
My husband always has the Lamb Vindaloo, and they make it extra spicy for him. I've tried many dishes, and they're all fantastic, but the Chicken Tikka Masala is my favourite. Rice is cooked to perfection, and the Garlic Naan is to die for! Honestly, if you have nothing else, try the Garlic Naan!
The atmosphere is warm and quaint with a homey, authentic feel, and you will enjoy Indian music playing softly in the background. We love it.
The service is always excellent. The guys work very hard to make you happy from the minute you walk in the door.
I just can't say enough good things about this restaurant. If you love Indian food, you must try this place. You will not be disappointed! |

| This is among one of the best Indian Restraunts in KW which provide excellent and consistent food from the day one. I have been to this place i dont know how many times and each time i find the same consistency in food.
Owner Bikram is very friendly and has commendable hospitality.
Definitely recommend for every event. |

| I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 25 years. I know Indian food. Grain of Salt is a gourmet's delight. There is no better restaurant in the Tri-City area. |

| This was first time we went to grain of salt and we really enjoyed the food. We had Dal makahani and kadahai panner, it was delicious. The best thing is they make Naan inhouse and they are dam fresh adn very very tasty |
